At MetalDetector, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original packaging and include all accessories and documentation to be eligible for processing.

Initiate Your Return

Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Your Equipment

Carefully place the metal detector and all included coils or headphones into the original manufacturer's box to ensure the electronics are protected during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible.

Receive Refund or Exchange

Once our technicians inspect the device for functionality and completeness, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your replacement unit within 5 business days.
